Lettuce Love Cafe is seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant and fast-paced restaurant team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food preparation, quality ingredients, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation including chopping, portioning, and station setup
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, prep areas, and storage areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Ensure dishes are prepared and sent out accurately and efficiently during service
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management
- Work collaboratively with kitchen team members to maintain smooth operations during busy service periods




- Adhere to all health and safety standards within the food service industry

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or line cook experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
- Food Handler Certification is considered an asset
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential
