Snow Operations Coordinator (Overnight Shift)

Schedule: Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays during snow events

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and quick-thinking Overnight Snow Operations Coordinator to help keep our snow removal operations running smoothly throughout the night.

You will coordinate snow plow routes and crews, communicate with drivers and customers, monitor operations, and make adjustments as weather and conditions change. This is an important role for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and assign snow plow routes and staff.
- Communicate with drivers and crews throughout the night.
- Monitor snow removal operations and make route or staffing adjustments as needed.
- Respond to customer emails and service inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Maintain route, staffing, and operational records.
- Use spreadsheets, documents, email, and computer systems to manage information.
- Communicate important updates to management and the daytime team.
- Help ensure customers receive reliable and timely service.
- Respond to customer emails, questions, and service concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Overnight Position hours 12am to 8am *hours may vary, with hours primarily during snow events and overnight operations.

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, documents, and email.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
- Reliable and dependable with the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in snow removal, dispatch, scheduling, operations, transportation, or supervision is an asset.
- Must be fluent in English
