About Bredin Brothers

Bredin Brothers is a growing custom home and boathouse builder serving Muskoka. We’re known for quality craftsmanship, exceptional client service and a close-knit team culture. We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who wants to take ownership of meaningful projects and grow with our company.

The Role

Our Site Supervisors are the in office leaders of their projects. They are responsible for planning ahead and coordinating the daily execution of the work—from excavation and foundations through framing, finishes and project close-out.

Working closely with the Project Manager, carpenters and subtrades, the Site Supervisor is responsible for:

- Planning upcoming work, labour, trades, materials and inspections
- Coordinating crews and subtrades to keep the project on schedule
- Maintaining high standards for quality, organization and site safety
- Reviewing drawings, identifying issues and solving problems proactively
- Ensuring materials and information are available before they are needed
- Providing clear updates to the Project Manager and contributing to client communication




- Completing daily logs, time entries and project documentation through our mobile software

What We’re Looking For

- Extensive experience building custom homes or cottages from start to finish
- Strong understanding of drawings, the Ontario Building Code and inspections
- Proven leadership and trade-coordination experience
- Highly organized, proactive and accountable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional and comfortable working with clients, trades and team members
- A commitment to quality craftsmanship and safe, well-run job sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.0 per week
