EXPERIENCED GUTTER, SOFFIT & FASCIA INSTALLER — SUBCONTRACTOR

We are a growing bespoke gutter, soffit & fascia company looking for an experienced installer to join our team on a subcontract basis.

We are not looking for someone who simply gets the job done. We are looking for someone who understands that the details matter — clean lines, proper slopes, tight joints, precise cuts, excellent finishing and a finished product that looks exceptional from the ground and up close.

THE RIGHT PERSON WILL:

- Have proven experience installing gutters and exterior rainwater systems
- Be experienced with soffit and fascia installation
- Be experienced and confident with cut fascia mitres and detailed fascia work
- Be confident working from ladders and at heights
- Know how to safely set up, use and move ladders and other access equipment
- Understand proper gutter pitch, placement, fastening, outlets, corners, mitres and downspout installation
- Be able to measure accurately and work independently from a job plan
- Be comfortable working with aluminum and other exterior finishing materials
- Produce clean, precise and skilled-looking work
- Prioritize quality and craftsmanship over production speed
- Take pride in craftsmanship and pay attention to the small details
- Be able to troubleshoot problems in the field and find practical solutions
- Keep the worksite clean and organized
- Treat customers' homes and property with respect
- Be reliable, punctual and professional
- Be safety-oriented and follow appropriate fall-protection and safe-work procedures
- Be physically capable of performing exterior installation work throughout the workday
- Have reliable transportation




- Be comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for the quality of their work
- Criminal record check required
- 3-month probationary period
