Dental Administrator

We are actively seeking a Dental Administrator to join our dynamic and growing team at Uptown Dental in Edmonton, Alberta.

The ideal candidate for the role of Dental Administrator at our clinic thrives in a collaborative workplace, excels in behind-the-scenes organization, system implementation, and structural management to ensure the seamless operation of our practice.

Our clinic specializes in general and family dentistry, boasting a team of experienced dentists and highly skilled professionals. We take pride in serving a loyal base of long-term patients while warmly welcoming new ones daily. Schedule:

- Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

Compensation:

- $24.00 - $28.00 per hours, plus
- Monthly Bonus Plan

What would you bring to this position:

- Minimum 2 years of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Dental Receptionist
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is an asset
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Recall Max and Dentrix are considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
- Detail oriented
- Excellent at multitasking
