Job Summary: Delta Sales Pros is the primary marketing, direct sales, and service channel for both Delta Exterior cleaning & Pest Control as well as Delta Exterior Lighting.

Sales Representatives are compensated on revenue generated, while our Technicians are rewarded for high-quality, efficient service delivery. This is a high-skill, high-reward opportunity.

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Representatives and skilled Installation & Service Technicians to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills or hands-on technical expertise to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Duties:

For Direct Sales Representatives:

- Canvass residential homes or businesses 4-6 hours a day, up to 6 days a week (Mon-Sat). (Our Sales Representatives are paired up and work in car groups of 4 team members per vehicle).
- Conduct outbound calls, texts, video, and email communications to potential customers to promote and sell our products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales.
- Enter customer information and sales data into CRM software.

For Installation & Service Technicians:

- Perform professional installation, setup, and maintenance of Permanent LED lighting
- Execute thorough exterior cleaning services, including roof soft washing, power washing, gutter cleaning, and window cleaning.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide customers with system demonstrations.




- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols while working with specialized equipment, ladders, and at varying heights.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Sales and Service Team Members to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Experience:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or direct sales roles (Sales).
- Proven experience in exterior cleaning, low-voltage wiring, system installation, or related technical fields (Technicians).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Knowledge and passion for learning sales techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus.
- For Technicians: Comfortable working at heights and handling power equipment safely.
