Responsibilities

- Provide support tailored to each child's needs, focusing on early childhood education principles.
- Assist in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote learning and social skills development.
- Support facilitators and program coordinators by preparing materials and resources.
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages children to express themselves confidently.
- Monitor children's progress and communicate observations to staff to ensure personalized support.
- Uphold safety standards and maintain a respectful,



caring atmosphere at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to organize events or workshops aimed at enhancing children's developmental experiences.

Experience

- Previous experience working with children, particularly in educational or mentoring roles.
- Knowledge of tutoring techniques, teaching strategies, or early childhood education best practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with children from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for supporting youth development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
