The Opportunity - Be on our Mighty Team!

- 5x per week cleaning of a qualified office/industrial space in Ashcroft. Work to be completed in the evening.

- Have a flexible schedule, you may clean any time between 5pm and 10:30pm.

- When you are on our Mighty team, other opportunities will come your way to choose from and you can choose to do only the work that you want, these can be one-time jobs, or recurring consistent work

Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and skilled cleaning professional to join our team. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling with excellent pay. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills - English speaking, be very reliable, be responsible, have experience in commercial cleaning and cleaning tools, techniques and custodial tasks.

Duties

- Conduct standard commercial cleaning tasks such as floor care (sweeping, vacuuming and wet mopping), disinfect surfaces, garbage collection and removal, washroom cleaning, windows and litter checks and monitor supply inventory
- Utilize custodial experience to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
- Handle minor heavy lifting when moving equipment or supplies safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency, this includes having clean,



well organized cleaning equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients (very rare) and other team members to coordinate tasks and address any issues promptly
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods

Experience / Requirements

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning, or custodial roles is preferred, though some of our best cleaners have come from office / administration backgrounds and are now thriving as Mighty cleaning professionals! These people find cleaning satisfying and have a great sense of accomplishment in making spaces shine.
- Reliable vehicle required
- Provide a clean criminal record check
- Working cell phone for communication
- Owning your own appropriate commercial cleaning equipment / supplies is an asset
- Physically fit to be able to carryout physical cleaning tasks
- Excellent (English) communication skills
- Minimum $2M liability insurance (we can assist you in acquiring this)
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
