Our company is currently looking for a Handyman / Maintenance worker to work at our residential property.

If you are an individual that would like to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment, then this may be the position for you.

Duties to include but not limited to:

- General repairs: furniture, drywall, basic plumbing/electrical, painting
- General Janitorial & Landscaping, window cleaning
- Parkade cleaning (monitoring, street sweep, power washing)
- Logistics support for the Rental Programs (Forklift Ticket)

The successful candidate must be a self-starter and able to work and complete tasks on their own

- Day shift (7am - 4pm, 830am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm)
- Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
