ECEA – Part-Time & On-Call

Gentle Bloom Early Beginnings is looking for a caring, reliable, and responsible ECEA to join our small home-based daycare in the Saanich/Victoria area.

Regular Schedule: 2 days per week 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM 2 hours per day

Additional Hours:There may be opportunities for additional hours when our main educator is away, has an appointment, or needs a day off. Availability for occasional daytime coverage would be an asset.

Responsibilities: Support the daily care and supervision of children under 3 Assist with activities, meals, diapering, and routines Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Follow daycare policies and licensing requirements Work cooperatively with the owner and other educators

Qualifications: Valid ECEA certificate recognized in BC Current First Aid certification Transparent Criminal Record Check Responsible, dependable, and caring Experience working with infants and toddlers is an asset

Location: Saanich / Victoria, BCPosition: Part-time ECEA with occasional on-call coverage
