Job Summary
Admiral Glass Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our organization. Responsibilities

- Point-of-Sale activities, processing payments,
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and transaction details accurately
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in person and via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer needs are met effectively

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role where you acquired:

- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills




- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience working with various technologies: email, chat, productivity tools (word processing, spreadsheets, email), accounting and point of sale packages

Required Education: Completion of Secondary School

Required Language: Written and verbal communication in English

Asset Qualifications

These are not required to be considered for this role but are assets to be noted during the screening process.

- Verbal and / or written communication in French
- Inventory management experience
- Use of bookkeeping packages (QuickBooks Online, Sage, FreshBooks, or others) Note what platforms you’ve used and in what capacity.
- Prior experience in automotive service, autoglass, residential or commerical glass industry

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
