As a General Labourer, you will perform a variety of physical tasks that ensure project progress runs smoothly from start to finish.

Duties

- Lawn & Parking Lot Maintenance (ie: Snow Shoveling, Lawn mowing, Lot Sweeping)
- Install various types of Fencing
- For the right candidate, training on Skidsteer and Excavator
- Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and safety barriers
- Perform general physical tasks such as digging, lifting, shoveling, and moving heavy objects safely
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas by disposing of debris and waste materials regularly
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working workplace for all team members




- Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance

Qualifications

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions with stamina and resilience
- Valid min Class 5 Drivers Licence and Vehicle
- Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Reliable attendance record with a positive attitude towards teamwork and hard work
- Basic understanding of construction site safety standards is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 40.0 per week
