At Y93 Sushi Crave Japanese Café, we believe great hospitality starts with care.

We’re looking for a Barista & Server who cares about customers, quality, presentation, teamwork, and creating a warm experience.

Our mission is to share Japanese culture through food, drinks, and hospitality. We want every guest to feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for.

What You’ll Do

- Provide warm, friendly, and attentive customer service.
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages with care and consistency.
- Serve food and drinks with attention to presentation.
- Learn our menu and help customers discover Japanese food and drink culture.
- Keep the café clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Communicate and work closely with FOH and kitchen team members.
- Represent Y93’s hospitality and values in every customer interaction.

What We’re Looking For

- Part time position: Minimum 1* year of barista, serving, café, restaurant, or related experience*.
- Full-time position: Minimum 2 years of barista, serving, café, restaurant, or related experience.
- Genuine interest in Japanese food, drinks, and culture.
- Friendly, responsible, reliable, and hardworking.




- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- A team player who cares about customers and coworkers.
