Consumer Direct Windows & Doors is growing fast — and we’re looking for an entrepreneurial sales leader to grow and lead a territory within the Mississauga & Brampton, ON.

This is not a traditional sales manager role.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

Drive Revenue

- Run qualified in-home sales appointments
- Consistently close high-value window and door projects
- Hit and exceed personal sales targets

Build & Lead a Sales Team

- Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales representatives
- Train reps on process, product knowledge, and closing systems
- Coach for performance and accountability
- Build a culture of professionalism and results

Grow Your Territory

- Develop and execute a territory growth plan
- Work closely with centralized marketing and call centre teams
- Ensure high standards of customer experience and brand reputation

Compensation Structure

This is a high-income leadership role designed for top performers.

What We’re Looking For





- 5+ years of in-home or consultative sales experience (home improvement preferred)
- Proven track record of high closing ratios and strong average deal size
- Leadership mindset — you enjoy coaching and developing others
- Experience hiring or mentoring sales reps is a strong asset
- Organized, accountable, and performance-driven
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
