Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS when applicable
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, adhering to food safety regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications





- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, with a strong foundation in hospitality principles
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Experience with food industry operations such as serving, food preparation, and cashiering is desirable
- Robust communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

Pay: $17.60-$29.02 per hour
