We are looking for a Full-Time Dishwasher who embodies the spirit of authentic Mexican cuisine and can confidently support our kitchen operations.

In addition to our restaurant, we operate the Mad Mexican Market, where guests can extend their culinary journey by purchasing our signature products to enjoy at home.

What You Will Be Doing

- Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to established standards
- Operate dishwashing equipment (e.g., dish machine) safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station, following food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with kitchen operations and workflow, supporting kitchen staff as needed
- Maintain inventory records of cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment




- Record dish machine temperatures and complete required logs and reports
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and production regulations
- Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain a clean, organized work area

What You Will Bring

- Minimum 1* year of kitchen experience* (asset)
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Mexican cuisine experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and pay close attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Schedule & Compensation

- Hourly Rate: $17.60 ($17.95 starting Oct 1st) per hour plus weekly tips
- Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
- Schedule:
- Tuesday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
