Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately assemble steel stud frameworks
- Measure, cut, and install steel studs and tracks using hand tools and power tools with precision
- Secure framing components with welding, screws, or other fasteners following safety standards
- Assist with concrete forming and drywall installation as needed to support project completion
- Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting and positioning steel components or other materials
- Collaborate with team members to ensure framing aligns with project specifications and timelines
- Maintain a clean work area,



adhere to safety protocols, and conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment

Skills

- Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery
- Experience with drywall installation, concrete finishing, siding, and restoration work is a plus
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and heavy equipment operation
- Skilled in carpentry techniques including woodworking and framing methods
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
- Familiarity with concrete forming processes and schematic interpretation enhances versatility on site
