Responsibilities

- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools on-site
- Support skilled workers by preparing work areas and handing off supplies as needed
- Perform general site cleanup to maintain a safe and tidy work environment
- Carry out basic tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials under supervision
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure personal and team safety at all times
- Operate simple equipment like wheelbarrows, hand tools, or forklifts if certified




- Help with site setup and breakdown for daily operations or project completion

Experience

- No previous construction or labour experience required; we provide on-the-job training!
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability as key qualities
- Willingness to learn current skills and follow instructions carefully
- Basic understanding of safety procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to work well within a team environment and communicate effectively

Pay: $23.00 per hour
