Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Manager to lead our end-to-end managed retail distribution program throughout the United States and Canada. This individual will oversee all operational execution, carrier management, and customer-facing activities, serving as the primary point of contact for clients while ensuring flawless service delivery across our transportation network.

Our service model replaces traditional courier providers by managing the complete supply chain from distribution center pickup through linehaul transportation and final delivery appointments at store level. Shipments move via scheduled airlines, LTL networks, and dedicated final-mile providers.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Program Leadership

- Own the daily execution of all customer shipments from pickup through final store delivery.
- Ensure service levels, delivery commitments, and store appointment requirements are met consistently.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service quality, scalability, and profitability.

Client Relationship Management

- Act as the primary operational and strategic contact for key retail and 3PL accounts.
- Lead customer reviews, operational meetings, and escalation management.
- Build long-term partnerships through proactive communication and problem resolution.

Vendor & Carrier Management

- Negotiate rates, service agreements,



and performance expectations with airlines, LTL providers, cartage agents, and final-mile carriers.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for all transportation partners.
- Hold vendors accountable to service commitments while driving continuous improvements.

Operations & Systems Leadership

- Manage transportation workflows within CargoWise and related logistics management platforms.
- Ensure accurate shipment visibility, milestone tracking, reporting, and billing controls.
- Support process development and documentation as the program grows.

Qualifications & Core Attributes

- 7+ years of experience in freight forwarding, retail logistics, parcel networks, or transportation management.
- Solid background managing both customer relationships and transportation operations.
- Proven experience negotiating carrier agreements and managing vendor performance.
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on experience with CargoWise; courier or parcel consolidation software experience is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual English/French is considered a strong asset.

Pay: $69,189.56-$122,235.03 per year
