About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Power Platform & GenAI Developer to design and develop intelligent business applications, automate workflows, and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft technologies.

The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), SQL Server, and API integrations. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop interactive dashboards, reporting solutions, and business applications across the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI GPT, Claude, and other LLM technologies.
- Develop AI assistants, chatbots, and intelligent workflow automation solutions.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve LLM performance, accuracy, and business relevance.
- Integrate Power Platform applications with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Web Services, and connectors.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Views, and Functions.
- Design data models and integrate solutions with SQL Server, Dataverse, SharePoint, and cloud-based data sources.
- Explore and implement AI agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions where appropriate.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing Power Platform and AI solutions.
- Ensure solutions follow security, governance, performance,



and development best practices.
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, Azure AI, and Generative AI capabilities.

Required Skills & ExperienceMicrosoft Power Platform

- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Strong experience with Power Automate, including workflow automation and complex flows.
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
- Knowledge of Power Platform administration, security, governance, and best practices.
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, and business solutions.

Generative AI & AI Development

- Hands-on experience developing or integrating Generative AI solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience working with OpenAI GPT models and/or other LLM platforms.
- Experience with Anthropic Claude is an asset.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering.
- Understanding of LLM integration and fine-tuning concepts.
- Experience developing AI assistants, chatbots, or AI agents.
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
- Experience applying AI to business process and workflow automation.

Database & Integration

- Strong experience with SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience creating and optimizing:
- Stored Procedures
- Views
- Functions
- SQL Queries
- Knowledge of database design and data modeling.
- Experience integrating applications through REST APIs and Web Services.
- Strong understanding of JSON/XML and API integration.
- Experience working with enterprise systems and cloud data sources.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service.
- Experience with Azure Functions.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps.
- Experience with SharePoint Online.
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric.
- Python experience for AI and data integrations.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI governance, responsible AI, and security practices.

Pay: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
