Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages and serving tables while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the Touch Bistro and Resy POS systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
- Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Previous bartending experience preferred, with knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
- Exceptional customer service skills to enhance guest satisfaction and build rapport.
- Proficiency in cash handling and cashiering processes, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Understanding of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic bar and server area.
- Familiarity with Resy and Touch Bistro POS systems for processing orders and payments efficiently.
