We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your expertise in automotive knowledge and customer relations will be essential in assisting clients with their inquiries, facilitating sales, and ensuring a positive experience at our dealership.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding automotive services and products.
- Provide detailed information about services offered, including automotive repairs and maintenance options.
- Utilize your mechanical knowledge to address customer concerns effectively and offer appropriate solutions.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and upselling additional services or products as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while ensuring that all customer interactions are documented appropriately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and enhancing customer satisfaction.




- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs or questions.

Skills

- Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not required.
- Solid background in mechanics or automotive repair is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Proven sales abilities, particularly in upselling products or services related to automotive care.
- Proficient cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
