Ridgeline Exteriors is a commercial building envelope contractor based in Chilliwack, BC, delivering metal panel, fibre cement, ACM, and rain screen cladding systems on multi-family, institutional, and commercial builds across the Lower Mainland and beyond. We're growing our crews to keep pace with a strong project pipeline and looking for a Foreman ready to lead.

The Role
Lead a crew responsible for building envelope and cladding installation, including metal roofing, wall cladding (metal panel, fibre cement, ACM, IMP), rain screen assemblies, flashings, and insulation on commercial job sites. You'll oversee day-to-day site operations covering quality, schedule, safety, and crew management, reporting into our project coordination team.

Responsibilities

- Install and oversee installation of building envelope systems: metal panel, fibre cement, ACM, wood siding, rain screen, flashings, insulation
- Supervise installers, labourers, and subcontractors for performance, schedule adherence, and quality
- Read and interpret architectural blueprints and shop drawings
- Confirm on-site panel measurements (ACM & fibre cement)
- Coordinate material delivery and flashing procurement
- Track daily employee/subcontractor hours
- Complete daily/weekly/monthly safety documentation




- Run safety meetings and workplace inspections; enforce PPE and site safety standards

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Cladding Installer (metal panel, fibre cement, ACM,)
- Solid understanding of building envelope principles (rain screen, air/vapour barriers, flashing details)
- Architectural Sheet Metal ticket or flashing/roofing background an asset
- Minimum 1 year in a foreman/leadership role
- Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Fall Protection certification
- Aerial Work Platform certification
- First Aid certification
- Willing to travel to Lower Mainland job sites

Compensation
$40.00 – $45.00/hour, overtime paid | Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
