We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our staffing agency team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for a variety of positions, with a strong focus on warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, general labour, and MHE/forklift roles.

This is a fast-paced position requiring someone who can manage multiple job orders, communicate effectively with candidates, and consistently deliver qualified candidates within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through Indeed, job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and identify candidates who meet client requirements.
- Conduct telephone and virtual interviews and pre-screen candidates.
- Assess candidates based on experience, availability, transportation, work authorization, and job requirements.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Candidate Onboarding

- Collect and verify required candidate documentation.
- Coordinate background checks and employment verification when required.
- Schedule candidates for client interviews, testing, and assessments.
- Coordinate start dates and ensure candidates are fully prepared for their first shift.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/staffing system.

Staffing Coordination

- Work closely with Client Managers to understand staffing requirements.




- Prioritize urgent orders and provide qualified candidates within required timelines.
- Track candidate submissions, interviews, assessments, starts, and placements.
- Follow up with candidates regarding attendance and assignment-related matters.
- Maintain backup candidates for ongoing staffing requirements.

Compliance

- Ensure all candidate documentation is complete and accurate.
- Follow company recruitment and onboarding procedures.
- Ensure candidates meet client-specific requirements before submission.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Previous staffing agency recruitment experience is an asset.
- Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, general labour, or MHE positions is an asset.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct professional candidate interviews.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and recruitment/ATS platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
