We are looking for a creative, ambitious junior videographer and content creator to help develop the online personal brands of three established professionals.

You will work directly with:

- A high-profile real estate trainer and business leader
- A hockey team manager
- A competitive skating coach

All three are established and reasonably high-profile within their respective industries, and all three want to significantly grow their personal brands through video and social media.

This is an excellent opportunity for a film, media, communications or content creation student, recent graduate, or young creator who wants real-world experience and the chance to build an impressive portfolio.

What You’ll Do

Your job is to follow, capture and help tell the stories of three very different people.

You will:

- Shoot short-form and long-form video
- Capture candid, behind-the-scenes and day-in-the-life content
- Film training sessions, practices, meetings, events and interviews
- Create Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and longer-form content
- Edit footage into engaging, professional videos
- Identify compelling moments and content opportunities
- Help each person develop their own recognizable content style
- Organize and manage video footage and content
- Occasionally assist with photography and other social media content

We don't want everything to feel staged or overly produced. A major part of this position is being around interesting people, recognizing when something worth capturing is happening, and turning it into great content.

Who We’re Looking For

You do not need years of professional experience.

We care much more about creativity, initiative, reliability and potential.

You may be a great fit if you:





- Are studying or recently graduated from film, video, media or content creation
- Understand Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and short-form video
- Can confidently shoot and edit video
- Have a good eye for storytelling
- Are comfortable filming people in real-world environments
- Are organized and dependable
- Take initiative and can recognize good content without always being told what to shoot
- Want to build a career in video, social media or content creation
- Are interested in sports, business, real estate or personal branding

Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar editing software is an asset.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional corporate videographer position.

You will have access to three interesting worlds: business and real estate, hockey, and competitive skating.

The goal is to document what these three people are already doing and turn those experiences, ideas and personalities into compelling online content.

For someone early in their career, this is an opportunity to build three personal brands from the ground up, develop a substantial portfolio, learn quickly and have real creative responsibility.
