Lodgepole Horticultural Services INC is a small business in the beautiful City of Okotoks, AB. We are professional, fast-paced, supportive, and our goal at Lodgepole Horticultural Services is to provide high quality tree and shrub care to the Okotoks area. Lodgepole has been offering all aspects of tree care for over 20 years and we look forward to serving our community for many more.
Lodgepole is a small team of long term employees. We have an amazing client base with beautiful landscapes, which we genuinely look forward to helping them maintain.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated ground worker to grow with our team. We have a strong focus on safety and run top of the line, consistently maintained equipment.
This is a full time, year round postition. We prune trees in the winter so no snow removal!

We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team. The ideal candidate love working outdoors, have a strong attention to detail, can work in a fast paced environment and be able to take constructive criticism. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, with a team, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Set up work site
- Fuel and oil equipment
- Assist arborists as necessary
- Clean up work sites
- Operate specialized equipment such as chippers, small equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

- French not required

- Monday to Friday
