Job Summary

We are hiring a General Labourer in Oakville, ON for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a busy industrial manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

- Assist the concrete crew with mixing, pouring, and preparing concrete materials and products.
- Perform sanding, finishing, rework,



and quality touch-ups on concrete products.
- Organize finished products and prepare materials for shipment.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and general production equipment.
- Complete general labour duties, clean-up tasks, and production support work as assigned.
- Work independently and as part of a team in a dusty, loud, and fast-paced industrial environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $26.35 to $30.69 per hour.
- Starting rate: $26.35 per hour.

- Day shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Afternoon shift: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Straight shift schedule.
