Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Oversee all accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Manage account reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero to streamline financial operations and reporting.
- Conduct detailed account analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
- Lead budgeting efforts by developing forecasts, monitoring expenses against budgets, and providing strategic insights.




- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations through diligent recordkeeping and reporting.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role with extensive knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed account analysis and generate insightful financial reports.
- Experience managing budgeting processes and providing strategic financial guidance.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional certifications such as CPA are preferred but not required.

Pay: $67,971.30-$134,991.45 per year
