The candidate is responsible for, and performs a wide variety of duties related to, including, but not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:
- Be a team player
- Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools of all types: hammer, drills, skill saws, jack hammer
- Install of windows & doors, roof trusses, sheathing, hardware, tarping
- Build weather and safety protection
- Framing of walls and floors
- Erect scaffolding and ladders
- Build and install stairs
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Ability to read building plans is an asset
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Types: Full time, Apprenticeship
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
