We are seeking a Store Manager who embodies leadership, entrepreneurial vision, and a passion for delivering an exceptional boutique experience.

Your Role

Strategic Leadership & Performance

Drive the overall performance of the boutique by ensuring commercial and financial objectives are achieved. Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, lead by example, and cultivate a structured, results-driven culture built for long-term growth.

Client Experience & Styling Expertise

- Deliver a premium, consistent, and elevated client experience
- Actively develop the client portfolio and clienteling initiatives
- Establish a strong culture of loyalty and retention
- Train and elevate the team in advanced selling techniques and personalized styling
