Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting baked goods and related products
- Prepare and package bakery items with attention to quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure bakery products are visually appealing




- Provide knowledgeable upselling by suggesting complementary items or specials to enhance sales
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and product availability

Qualifications

- Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in food preparation, serving, or kitchen work is advantageous but not required
