A family-owned construction equipment company with over 50 years in business is seeking a Fully Licensed 310T Mechanic to join their small, team-oriented team in Bradford, ON. You'll work on an extremely modern fleet of heavy-duty trucks, trailers and heavy equipment. This is an opportunity to work in a shop without being micromanaged, we value mechanics who enjoy creative problem-solving and take pride in their work.

Requirements:

- 310T License
- Organized and ambitious individual with ability to maintain inventory, schedule work orders, perform inspections and more
- Proficiency with hydraulics, electrical systems, and preventative maintenance
- Drivers license with insurable driving record, collection of their own tools

Compensation & Benefits:

- $120,000 – $125,000/year plus 10 percent Vacation time

- $1000 yearly tool allowance

Hours:

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM with 1 hour lunch
- Salary position, 45 hours to maximum of 55 hours per week
- No weekend or call-out expectations
