Experienced Pizza Maker

Joe's Pizzeria is seeking an experienced Pizza Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about great food, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality pizzas.

Responsibilities:

- Hand-stretch and prepare pizza dough to company standards
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and specifications
- Build, bake, and finish pizzas with consistency and attention to detail
- Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently
- Monitor product quality, presentation, and cooking times
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout each shift
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Assist with prep work, inventory organization, and kitchen cleaning as required
- Work collaboratively with team members during busy service periods
- Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of pizza-making experience preferred




- Experience hand-stretching dough is considered a strong asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Adaptable availability, including evenings and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Experience:

- Culinary: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
