THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Office Administrator you will be the welcoming face of the office while providing investment-processing and administrative support. You will build trusted client relationships and provide meaningful backup across the team. Success means moving confidently between clients, calls and detailed transaction work while maintaining accuracy and an exceptional client experience.

WHO YOU ARE

You are naturally personable and enjoy building relationships, but you are equally comfortable with detailed administrative work.



You can handle frequent interruptions, return to focused processing without losing accuracy and step in wherever the team needs support.

You Bring:

- Post-secondary education or certificate, ideally in Office Administration or a related field
- Strong client service plus administrative or financial experience
- Financial services, banking, or wealth management experience is an asset; IFC, CIFC, CSC or a trading licence is also an asset.

You Are:

Relationship-focused, welcoming and comfortable engaging different personalities

Highly accurate and organized, including when priorities shift throughout the day

- Adaptable, collaborative and motivated to learn recent systems, terminology and processing responsibilities

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
