Licensed Autobody Technician (310B)

We are a busy, qualified collision repair facility looking for an experienced and motivated Licensed Autobody Technician (310B) to join our team.

What We’re Looking For

- Licensed Autobody Technician (310B) with proven experience in collision repair.
- Robust knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and manufacturer standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume shop.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Repair vehicles according to estimates and manufacturer specifications and standards.
- Inspect parts against estimates and ensure the correct parts are ordered and received.
- Prepare vehicles for body repair and complete repairs to a high standard.
- Identify and communicate any additional repairs or parts requirements to management.
- Communicate any technical difficulties or issues that may affect repair quality or promised completion times.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Properly use all required personal protective equipment, including respirators,



in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
- Follow all applicable regulations and procedures regarding paint, thinners, hazardous materials, and waste disposal.
- Work cooperatively with estimators, painters, apprentices, and other team members to complete repairs efficiently.
- Operate all tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Stay current with applicable workplace health, safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $40.00-$52.00 per hour

- Automotive Body Repair & Refinishing Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
