LINKED Equipment Services is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Road Technician to join our team!

We are a growing mobile equipment repair business servicing heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, generators, mowers, and small engines. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot problems effectively, and enjoys working on a variety of equipment.

THE ROLE

As a Heavy/Ag & Small Engine Road Technician, you’ll be responsible for mobile service calls and repairs at customer locations throughout the area.

Responsibilities include:

- Diagnose and repair heavy equipment & agricultural equipment
- Diagnose and repair small engines, mowers & generators
- Electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting
- Preventative maintenance and servicing Engine, drivetrain and hydraulic repairs
- In office breakdown and emergency repairs
- Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate service/work order documentation
- Communicate with customers regarding equipment issues and repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe service truck/work area

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Previous experience as a heavy equipment, agricultural, diesel or small engine technician
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Ability to troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems




- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Own tools are an asset
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Professional attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work on a wide variety of equipment
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Red Seal / licensed technician is an asset but not required — proven experience and mechanical ability are what matter most.
