Seeking Foreclosure Paralegals

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Ordering title, obtaining payoffs, deed, assignment, and letter preparation.
- Composing and revising letters, preparing, and filing pleadings and motions electronically.
- Corresponding with clients, providing updates and timely responses.
- Performing a variety of research projects as assigned.
- Providing overflow support as needed.

Preference will be given to candidates with additional skills in one or more of the following:

- Assistance with the preparation of real estate documents (restrictive covenants, easements, and other documents with attorney guidance)
- A working knowledge of real estate title searching
- The ability to assist with the preparation of contracts and real estate documents
- Litigation would be a huge asset for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a foreclosure Paralegal role.




- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
