Job Summary

Experienced Carpenter/ Crew Lead

We are looking for an experienced and dependable construction worker who is capable of working independently and taking the lead on job sites. The successful candidate should have 3–5+ years of hands-on construction experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to supervise and coordinate a small crew while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead and supervise a construction crew on various projects
- Organize daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Read plans, take measurements, and determine the best approach to completing work
- Perform a variety of skilled construction and carpentry-related tasks
- Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained on the job site
- Communicate effectively with management, customers, and other trades
- Help train and provide direction to less-experienced workers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:





- Minimum 3–5 years of construction and/or carpentry experience required
- Previous experience leading or supervising a crew is strongly preferred
- Must be confident working independently and making job-site decisions
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred
- References are required

Compensation & Benefits:

- $20.00-$30.00/hr depending on experience and qualifications

We are looking for someone who can step onto a job site, understand what needs to be done, take ownership of the work, and confidently lead a crew through the project.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
