Physiotherapist – Independent Contractor

TheraTouch Physiotherapy is entering an exciting new phase of growth, and we are looking for physiotherapists who value quality care, professional growth, and meaningful patient relationships.

Our model is centered on one-on-one care, no double-booking, private treatment rooms, and dedicated time with each patient.

We welcome physiotherapists with interests in orthopedic/musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pelvic health, or both.

The Opportunity:

Depending on your training and clinical interests, your caseload may include:

- Orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
- Pelvic health for women and men
- Pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation
- Sports and injury rehabilitation
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
- Exercise-based rehabilitation

Pelvic health experience is an asset but is not required. Clinicians interested in developing skills in pelvic health are welcome, with mentorship and clinical support available.

Additional clinical interests and training, including dry needling, TMD rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, neurological rehabilitation, and other specialties, are also welcome.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a physiotherapist who:

- Provides thoughtful, patient-centred care
- Has strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Is dependable, professional, and self-motivated
- Works well independently and collaboratively
- Values continuing education and professional growth

Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited physiotherapy program
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Current professional liability insurance
- Fluency in English; French is an asset

Pelvic health training, orthopedic experience, dry needling, TMD, vestibular, concussion, or other advanced clinical training are considered assets but are not required.
