Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and motivated Part time Sales Associates to join our team! In this role, you will engage with customers, showcase our products and deliver outstanding service that fosters loyalty. Your enthusiasm for pet wellness combined with strong communication skills will help create a welcoming environment where customers feel inspired to choose the best for their pets.

Duties

- Greet customers and provide knowledgeable assistance about our product offerings
- Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions including cash handling and receipts
- Maintain and organize merchandising displays aligned with our standards
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions via in-person or phone interactions while demonstrating professional phone etiquette

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of product features
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
- Experience in merchandising, cashiering, or customer service roles is advantageous
