- Customer Service: Greeting customers, assisting with refueling vehicles, and providing information about products and services offered by the gas station.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the fueling area, pumps, and surrounding grounds clean and tidy to ensure a safe and pleasant setting for customers.
- Handling Payments: Accepting cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment for fuel purchases, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and providing receipts.
- Basic Maintenance: Conducting basic maintenance tasks such as checking tire pressure, oil levels, and windshield washer fluid upon request.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and regulations related to fuel handling, including proper use of safety equipment and emergency procedures.
- Stocking and Inventory: Monitoring fuel levels in tanks, ordering fuel deliveries as needed, and maintaining inventory of merchandise such as snacks and automotive supplies.
- Customer Assistance:



Assisting customers with other needs such as directions, recommending nearby services, and handling minor customer inquiries or complaints.
- Shift Management: Depending on the size of the station, managing shift responsibilities including opening or closing duties, balancing cash drawers, and ensuring proper shift handovers.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with other gas station attendants and team members to ensure smooth operation of the station and excellent customer service.
- Adherence to Policies: Following company policies and procedures regarding fuel sales, customer interactions, safety guidelines, and operational protocols.
