Responsibilities

- Assist with site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling to maintain a safe and organized work workplace
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as directed by supervisors
- Prepare work sites by setting up barriers, signage, or safety equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Support skilled tradespeople by fetching tools, supplies, or assisting with basic tasks as needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Operate basic machinery or equipment if trained and certified to do so




- Contribute to team efforts by maintaining a positive attitude and working collaboratively on various tasks throughout the project lifecycle

Skills

- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work under supervision
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and safety awareness
- Reliability and punctuality to meet project deadlines
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and workplace regulations
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labour is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site
