Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinet Maker/Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinetry and woodwork with precision and care. Your expertise will contribute to transforming interior spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate cabinet design and installation.
- Construct cabinets, furniture, and custom woodwork using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and woodworking techniques.
- Measure spaces accurately to ensure proper fitment of cabinetry and related fixtures.
- Install cabinets, shelving, and other wood components securely in residential or commercial settings.
- Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, staining, painting, caulking, and sealing to achieve a polished look.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to confirm specifications and address any on-site adjustments needed during installation.
- Maintain a clean and secure work environment by adhering to safety protocols and properly handling heavy lifting equipment.

Skills

- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for precise fabrication and installation.




- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, cabinetry construction, drywall finishing, flooring installation, tile laying, masonry, roofing, siding, rebar installation, plumbing, electrical work, and concrete forming.
- Experience operating hand tools such as saws, chisels, drills; power tools including routers and sanders; CNC machinery; and heavy lifting equipment.
- Ability to perform construction estimating for project planning and resource management.
- Skilled in using construction painting tools for finishing touches on cabinetry or surrounding structures.
- Familiarity with schematics related to electrical or plumbing systems relevant to cabinetry or renovation projects.
- Hands-on experience with handyman tasks such as caulking, assembly of furniture or fixtures, reinstallation work during restoration projects.
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments requiring heavy lifting or precise measurements.
