Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Salea & Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience working with seniors in a retirement setting with a strong focus on sales and occupancy and reputation building. The manager will establish and enhance connections within the community and referral sources to create positive public relations. The Sales and Marketing Director will coordinate and implement a variety of events to promote and advertize living in our vibrant community atmosphere.

Sales/Marketing Manager

Reports to: Executive Director

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of a post-secondary sales and marketing program or related programs.

2. Previous employment in a health care/hospitality setting an asset.

3. Demonstrated understanding of/empathy for the needs of seniors.

4. Experience in developing and implementing sales and/or marketing plans, public and

community relations campaigns and special events.

5.



Experience in developing and managing budgets.

6. Knowledge of and experience in the seniors’ market, public health sector and private health sector.

7. Experience in event planning.

8. Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems.

9. Computer programs, lead programs etc.

10. Creative thinker with exceptional organizational skills.

11. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team committed to providing exceptional resident care.

12, Strong communication skills to effectively develop marketing materials, interact with residents, families, staff, and community partners.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
