Canter Coffee is looking for a confident, reliable and hands-on manager to help lead our team across both our Cannington café and Sunderland coffee trailer.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating a great customer experience and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed.

Position details:

- Full-time, approximately 30–40 hours per week Starting at $19/hour plus tips Morning and daytime shifts Weekend availability is required Must have reliable transportation to both Cannington and Sunderland

Responsibilities include:

- Leading and supporting the team during daily shifts Opening and closing both locations Preparing high-quality coffee and specialty drinks Maintaining excellent customer service Training and guiding team members Managing inventory, restocking and product organization Keeping both locations clean, organized and running smoothly Handling customer concerns and making confident decisions when needed Communicating closely with the owner about staffing,



inventory and day-to-day operations

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Dependable, punctual and consistent
- Friendly, confident and comfortable taking the lead Organized and attentive to detail Calm and capable during busy rushes A strong communicator and supportive team member Able to work independently and take initiative Experienced in customer service, hospitality or food service

Previous barista or café experience is preferred, but strong leadership, reliability and a willingness to learn are equally significant.
