Pedersen Construction (2013) Inc. is presently seeking Labourers / Concrete Finishers to assist with various construction projects in Northeastern Ontario.

The Labourer / Concrete Finisher position offers a competitive compensation and perks package.

Concrete Crew Member Responsibilities:

- Assist with formwork, concrete placement, and finishing operations.
- Build, set, brace, and strip residential concrete forms.
- Place, level, and finish concrete using hand tools and finishing machines.
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment as required.
- Follow layout lines, grades, and basic drawings as directed.
- Perform general labour duties as required to support the crew.
- Work safely around heavy equipment and active job sites.
- Follow company and site-specific safety policies and procedures.
- Experience with concrete forming, concrete finishing and working with
- paving stones would be asset.
