Are you a licensed mortgage agent who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment—but also loves building your own book of business?

Swivel Mortgage Group is looking for a driven and experienced mortgage agent or broker to take on a hybrid role as both an originator and an underwriter in our innovative Swivel Hub.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Mortgage Agent/Broker:

- Work your own book of business with full access to Swivel’s technology, training, and marketing support.

- Build long-lasting relationships with clients and referral partners.

- Use our digital mortgage tools to streamline your client journey from pre-approval to closing.

As an Underwriter (Commission-Based):

- Support new agents by helping structure deals, review documents, and guide them through the approval process.

- Assist experienced agents who choose to submit deals through the Swivel Hub.

- Ensure compliance and quality control of submitted applications.

- Help elevate the success of our entire brokerage.

Who You Are





- A licensed Mortgage Agent Level 2 or Broker (Must have Ontario license, Alberta license is a plus)

- Minimum 5 years of mortgage brokering/underwriting (more is even better).

- Deep understanding of underwriting and lender guidelines.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in deal structuring.

- Tech-savvy and able to work in a digital-first environment.

- A team player with a leadership mindset—you love helping others win.
