Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team and drive excellence in supply chain operations. Responsibilities

- Manage inventory levels across multiple warehouses using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as SAP or AS400, ensuring accuracy and availability for order fulfillment.
- Conduct thorough data collection, mining, and analysis to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and support procurement strategies.
- Utilize analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI to visualize data trends, identify opportunities for process improvement, and inform decision-making.
- Coordinate with sourcing teams to negotiate procurement terms, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely materials delivery aligned with demand planning.
- Oversee warehouse distribution activities, including the movement of goods via forklift or other equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.




- Collaborate with retail management and e-commerce teams to streamline order processing, improve merchandising strategies, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor 3PL providers and logistics partners to optimize transportation routes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times while maintaining high service levels.

Experience

- Proven experience in supply chain management or inventory control within retail or e-commerce environments.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Hands-on knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning), ERP systems like SAP or AS400, and warehouse management systems.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and negotiation techniques.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts; certification preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets for process improvement opportunities using data analytics techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy in data collection and inventory tracking.
