Expected Wage Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

As a Program Coordinator, Technical Services at CIMS Limited Partnership, you will be a key contributor towards CIMS success by being responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of the areas of oversight by the Technical Services functions within CIMS while embodying CIMS corporate values of Our People, Our Promise, Our Passion.

You will report to the Senior Vice President, Technical Services and be accountable for:

- Collaborating with the Senior Vice President, as well as functional directors, to deliver the mandate of the Technical Services group and ensure all functions (including but not limited to Estimating/Proposals, HSE, Quality, Business Development/Marketing, and Project Services/Warehouse operations) are aligned and delivering as one.
- Reviewing documents, datasets, and processes for accuracy and effectiveness.
- Supporting the development, optimization, accuracy and oversight of AI/power automations to deliver information to the company in the way of dashboards, reports, and other correspondence.
- Facilitating the business development pursuit log process which includes online and real-world research and data population, dissemination, and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the estimating and proposals team in the creation and review of proposals documents in EOI/RFP/RFQ processes, which could include, but is not limited to contract documents.
- Participating in the creation and delivery of training documentation in the areas of the Technical Services team.





A successful candidate would be an individual who has:

- Completion of a related degree, diploma, or equivalent education.
- Experience with contract review and proposal development is an asset.
- Experience with InEight and MS Business Central or other project management and ERP systems is an asset.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office Suite applications, i.e. Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook and in Microsoft SharePoint design, creation, and maximization.
- Proficiency with Artificial Intelligence tools (ie. Claude & Co-Pilot) is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal interaction skills with front line workers, management, clients, and the public.
- Highly organized and excellent time-management skills.

Working conditions you can expect while performing your role include:

- Travel may be required.
- Working with multiple functional and operational teams in an office environment, as well as digitally via Teams (web-based meetings). Also, may require to attend operating plant facilities including pulp mills, refineries, smelters, or similar industrial sites.
- Comfortable with a fast paced, often nebulous work environment.
