Summary

Greencare Tree Service is currently seeking a Certified Arborist to lead our team in the Waterloo area and surrounding regions.

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable qualified with a strong work ethic and a proven commitment to safe work practices. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, expertise in arboriculture, and a passion for delivering high-quality tree care services.

Responsibilities

Perform tree removals, pruning, and rigging using proper climbing and safety techniques.

Operate bucket trucks and equipment safely and efficiently.

Conduct tree risk and site assessments to guide work.

Maintain tools and equipment; ensure job site safety.

Communicate clearly with crew and management.

Provide excellent customer service and work well in a team.

Qualifications

Over 3 years of hands-on experience in the tree care and forestry industry





ISA Certification or Ontario Licensed Arborist Certificate Preferred

Extensive knowledge of tree care techniques and safe equipment operation

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude

Valid DZ Driver's License with a clean Driver's Abstract Preferred

Chainsaw Safety Certification

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Pay: $33.00-$44.00 per hour
